WATCH SIPHO AT 70, LIVE!

Get ready to experience Sipho “Hotstix” Mabuse at 70 at Daisy Jones bar, Stellenbosch, captured on Sunday the 15th of May 2022, thanks to funding support from Concerts SA.

Hosted until 30 June 2022, what better way to spend a winter’s evening than in the winelands, albeit virtually, listening to and letting Sipho “Hotstix” Mabuse and The Hotband take you on a musical journey of the hits and songs that have shaped the lexicon that is South African music? 

Why Sipho at 70? Well, Sipho turned 70 in November 2021, hence the Sipho at 70 tour, along with his sensational six-piece, The Hotband, consisting of Thembeka Khumalo (SAMA nominated) on vocals, Simphwe Khubeka on drums, Urban Noblela on guitar, David Mabaso on bass, Lloyd “toto” Mbele on keys and the man of the moment, Sipho Mabuse on vocals and saxophone.
